[Integrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/integrations?hsLang=en) # Integrate Evalato with Intercom ## Data \> Integrations You can integrate Evalato with your Intercom account, which would allow you to track logged in applicants and add chat functionality to your program’s pages. Applicants can use it to reach out to you directly and you’ll get the messages in your Intercom inbox. To connect Evalato with Intercom, go to **Data \> Integrations \> Intercom**. Your workspace ID and secret are available in your Intercom account, under **Settings \> Installation \> Web** in the "With code" tab. ### Moving the chat widget The chat widget sits on your program's pages, where applicants can open it anytime. If it's covering something, you can move it: 1. Hover over the six-dot handle to the left of the chat button. Your cursor turns into a hand. 2. Click and hold, then drag the widget to a new spot. 3. Release to drop it in place. - [Getting started](https://hub.evalato.com/help/getting-started?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Program basics](https://hub.evalato.com/help/getting-started?hsLang=en#program-basics) - [Subscription terms](https://hub.evalato.com/help/getting-started?hsLang=en#subscription-terms) - [First steps](https://hub.evalato.com/help/getting-started?hsLang=en#first-steps) - [FAQs](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#general) - [Evaluation, judges, voting, results](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#evaluation-judges-voting-results) - [Registrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#registrations) - [Data analytics, tracking, and integrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#data-analytics-tracking-and-integrations) - [Pricing, payments, and billing](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#pricing-payments-and-billing) - [Website, public pages, applicant, and judging portals](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#website-public-pages-applicant-and-judging-portals) - [Applications](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#applications) - [Emails, automated messages, and wording](https://hub.evalato.com/help/faqs?hsLang=en#emails-automated-messages-and-wording) - [Integrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/integrations?hsLang=en) - [Troubleshooting](https://hub.evalato.com/help/troubleshooting?hsLang=en) - [General](https://hub.evalato.com/help/general?hsLang=en) - [Response emails, automated messages & wording](https://hub.evalato.com/help/response-emails-automated-messages-wording?hsLang=en) - [Organization & users](https://hub.evalato.com/help/organization-users?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Organization settings](https://hub.evalato.com/help/organization-users?hsLang=en#organization-settings) - [Program settings](https://hub.evalato.com/help/organization-users?hsLang=en#program-settings) - [Profile settings](https://hub.evalato.com/help/organization-users?hsLang=en#profile-settings) - [Managing your program](https://hub.evalato.com/help/managing-your-program?hsLang=en) - [Website, embeddable form, and branding](https://hub.evalato.com/help/website-embeddable-form-and-branding?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Branding](https://hub.evalato.com/help/website-embeddable-form-and-branding?hsLang=en#branding) - [Website](https://hub.evalato.com/help/website-embeddable-form-and-branding?hsLang=en#website) - [Data analytics, export & integrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/data-analytics-export-integrations?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Integrations](https://hub.evalato.com/help/data-analytics-export-integrations?hsLang=en#integrations) - [Import](https://hub.evalato.com/help/data-analytics-export-integrations?hsLang=en#import) - [Export](https://hub.evalato.com/help/data-analytics-export-integrations?hsLang=en#export) - [Evaluation, judging rounds, criteria](https://hub.evalato.com/help/evaluation-judging-rounds-criteria?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Criteria](https://hub.evalato.com/help/evaluation-judging-rounds-criteria?hsLang=en#criteria) - [Judging rounds](https://hub.evalato.com/help/evaluation-judging-rounds-criteria?hsLang=en#judging-rounds) - [Evaluation](https://hub.evalato.com/help/evaluation-judging-rounds-criteria?hsLang=en#evaluation) - [Setting up your program](https://hub.evalato.com/help/setting-up-your-program?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Forms & wording](https://hub.evalato.com/help/setting-up-your-program?hsLang=en#forms-wording) - [General settings](https://hub.evalato.com/help/setting-up-your-program?hsLang=en#general-settings) - [Categories](https://hub.evalato.com/help/setting-up-your-program?hsLang=en#categories) - [Payment settings](https://hub.evalato.com/help/payment-settings?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General](https://hub.evalato.com/help/payment-settings?hsLang=en#general) - [Payment methods](https://hub.evalato.com/help/payment-settings?hsLang=en#payment-methods) - [Discounts](https://hub.evalato.com/help/payment-settings?hsLang=en#discounts) - [Help for applicants & judges](https://hub.evalato.com/help/help-for-applicants-judges?hsLang=en) - [Winners](https://hub.evalato.com/help/winners?hsLang=en) # Evalato Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain [mailto:hello@evalato.com](mailto:hello@evalato.com) Copyright © 2025, Evalato
