[Response emails, automated messages & wording](https://hub.evalato.com/help/response-emails-automated-messages-wording?hsLang=en) # Send broadcast emails to judges ## You can broadcast custom emails to send to judges You can send broadcast emails to judges for your program. **Go to Emails \> Add email** under **Judges** and choose **Broadcast** in the Email type setting. Choose a time and date to send out the custom email, according to the organization’s time zone settings. Add a Template name, subject, and Body. You can format the text by using the toolbox in the upper part of the Body field.
