The Program menu is located on the left of your Evalato workspace when you select a program.
The program menu appears on the left of the workspace once you start working on a program. It gives you access to all information, tools, and settings for that program.
Dashboard
The dashboard is your main hub for program management. You can see information about the program’s status, details about your pricing plan, options to extend or upgrade. You also get a button to duplicate your current program to make an exact copy for its next iteration or create a similar program with the same settings.
Registrations
This is where you can find and manage all program registrations. You can perform mass actions like delete or mark as paid to a number of registrations by selecting them on the list and using the Actions button. Additional actions like edit information, adjust payments, cancel applications, can be done by clicking on a registration on the list to open it.
Applications
This is where you can see all applications, change their status, approve, reject, and shortlist them, as well as add tags to them for easy management.
Evaluation
Rounds — create and edit the program's evaluation rounds. Each round can have a different voting type, rating scale, weights and various criteria. You can choose whether to allow judges to see other judges' scores, as well as to abstain from evaluating applications.
Judges — add judges for the evaluation phase of your program and manage their assignments. Adding a new judge sends the person an automatic email notification with their personal login information and a link to the evaluation portal.
Votes — see individual votes from every judge, as well as delete a vote if necessary. You can use the filter to see the votes only within a specific voting round.
Results — see up-to-date results from every evaluation round of the program and each judge's progress. You can use the filters to see the results only within a specific voting round, category, and judge.
Website
Branding — allows you to change the main color used for buttons, headings, and other accents on the registration form, application form, personal registration page, and the program webpage.
Webpage — you can use our in-app creator to make a web page for your program in a few minutes by adding the elements you want.
Embed code — you can embed the registration form directly into your website. Simply copy the integration code in its entirety and paste it into the source code of the page on your website.
Applicant portal — add instructions that will be displayed on the applicant portal where applicants create and work on the submissions, as well as change the wording on various elements of your applicant portal
Judging portal — add instructions that will be displayed on the judging portal where judges evaluate the applications assigned to them. You can also add a Terms / NDA form that judges have to acknowledge in order to enter the portal
Public voting portal — add instructions that will be visible on the public voting portal. You can also add terms or another waiver type. The text is shown below the log-in options on the public voting portal and can be viewed after login.
Applications page — allows you to show a number of elements from your program on a public webpage, like a list of all applications approved, details about each application, average rating, individual votes, and comments made by the judges.
Tracking — here you can find the necessary information to:

add your Google Analytics (GA) Tracking ID for the program webpage;

create a GA custom goal to track data from the Evalato registration form;

add data Facebook Pixel tracking for 3 Standard Events: AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase;

track Evalato registrations and pass them along to your Affiliate, Analytics, Marketing, or other 3rd party software.
Emails
Create emails that can be sent automatically, for example, an email that will be sent after successful registration. You can add condition-based emails, custom ones to be sent at a scheduled date and time, and email specific applicants based on the status of their applications.
Data
Analytics — this is where you find information on key performance indicators about your program, as well as judging results, individual votes, and exportable data.
Export — allows you to export data collected via the program, so you can use it externally from Evalato. There are various export options you can use. If you wish to export an individual application, you can do so in .PDF format from the Applications section using the contextual menu at the end of each row on the list.
Integrations — this section allows you to track visitors, conversions, registrations, submissions, and add chat functionalities. In addition, Zapier allows you to connect Evalato to over 5000 popular apps and services on the web, including CRMs, invoicing software, email marketing, etc.
Settings
General
This is where you can adjust whether to allow application submissions or registrations, the name of the program, as well as application approval settings like auto-approve submissions, allow resubmission of approved applications, etc.
Registration
Create a registration form for your program. Choose what field types to appear on the Registration form and customize the layout with the drag & drop interface. You can also set registration limits, change the wording of various elements of the registration process, and add a conversion trigger to the registration form.
Categories
Create at least one entry category for your award competition. You can then create separate entry forms for each of your award categories. Entrants will choose the categories they wish to compete for and submit their entries. The categories can be assigned to specific judges.
Forms
Create at least one entry form for your award competition and assign it to one or more of the categories. Add fields for file upload, links, questions, text, etc. for entrants to use when submitting their entries.
Payments
Set when to require payment for program registrations, add payment methods to process payments from your customers, change the currency, billing, and tax settings for the program.
Promo codes
Create promo codes for manual use. Buyers can use them to reduce the price of the purchase. The reduction can be a flat amount off the price or a percentage value. Codes can be set to apply for specific categories, to have a time-limit, or a limited amount of uses. You can create many promo codes with different rules.
Special offers
Create special offers that activate automatically, once the set criteria is met, to reduce a flat amount off the price or a percentage value. The offers can have various rules, be applied to different categories, and to have a time and uses limit. Only one Special offer can apply to a purchase — if there’s more than one applicable Special offer, the one with the biggest price reduction is applied.
