Instructions for program judges

If you go to Website > Judging portal you can add instructions for all program judges by ticking the Enable checkbox in the Instructions tab.

These instructions will be visible from the judging portal to all program judges.

Adding Terms / NDA for program judges

You can also go to Website > Judging portal > Terms / NDA to add an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or another waiver type by ticking the Enable checkbox in the Terms / NDA tab.

If enabled, the terms are shown upon logging for the first time into the judging portal and judges are prompted to agree or disagree. A judge can only proceed with the evaluation process if they've agreed to the terms.

The terms will be available on the judging portal after confirmation.
