Adding and changing applications (entries) through the applicant portal

Settings > General > Application process

You can enable your program applicants to add applications through the applicant portal from Settings > General > Application process > Applicant portal by ticking the box Allow adding applications via the applicant portal. 

If your program is paid, enabling this setting will also allow your applicants to pay for the additional applications through the applicant portal. Note, however, that if you have any special offers, they will not apply when your applicants pay for the extra entries they have added through the applicant portal. 

Changing applications through the applicant portal 

You can enable your program applicants to change the category of their application or applications through the applicant portal from Settings > General > Application process > Applicant portal by ticking the box Allow changing application categories via the applicant portal. 

Note that if your program is paid and features categories with different prices or free and paid categories, the use of this option might result in overpayment or underpayment

IMPORTANT: If your categories have different application forms with different fields, the use of this option could potentially result in the loss of data.
