Entry statuses explained

Entries section of the program menu.

You have the choice of the following statuses for each entry:

  • Draft — the applicant is working on the entry and submission is pending;
  • Submitted — the applicant has submitted the entry but it has not yet been approved as successful and is not eligible for voting;
  • Approved — you have approved the entry as successful; Note that this is the only status that makes an entry eligible for voting;
  • Changes requested — you have requested changes to the entry which need to be made before the submission deadline; this status allows you to give optional feedback to the entrant.
  • Rejected — you have rejected the entry, meaning, it is unsuccessful based on its content, failure to meet criteria, etc.
  • Resubmission requested — you have requested resubmission of the entry, including after the submission deadline; this status allows you to give optional feedback to the entrant.
  • Canceled — the entry has been canceled, meaning, it is deactivated from the program but exists as a record for reference if needed.
