      Can I make certain application form fields hidden?

      Settings > Forms

      Yes, the field's Data access setting allows you to choose who can see the information provided in that field.

      • Everyone — information provided in the field will be visible to admins, program judges, on the participant profile if applicable, and when made public on the applications webpage or during public voting.

      • Admins and judges — information provided in the field will be visible to admins and program judges, but not when made public on the applications page оr during public voting.

      • Admins only — only admins can see the information provided in the field.

      When exporting the application as a PDF file from the Applications section, fields that are not visible to Everyone, will remain hidden in the exported file.
