Can people make changes to their entries after they've been submitted?

Settings > General > Application process

You have the option to allow people to make changes to their entries from Settings > General > Application process.

  • Allow re-submission of submitted entries – allows people who have submitted their entries to make changes to them.

  • Allow re-submission of approved entries – allows people to make modifications to their entries after you've already approved them.

  • Allow re-submission of rejected entries – allows people to make modifications to their entries after you've rejected them.

Keep in mind that when changes are made to an entry, its status goes back to Draft. Submitting the entry changes its status to submitted so you might need to approve it again.
