Cannot delete a field on the application form ("submission name cannot be deleted")

Settings > Forms

In Settings > Forms, when you try to delete the field that is currently set to Use as application name, the system will return a message saying "submission name cannot be deleted".

In order to delete the field, you have to choose a different field to have the Use as application name option first, then you can delete field that was originally used for the purpose.
