Change account ownership

You can change the owner of the account by contacting the Evalato team.

You can contact the Evalato team from the email of the account owner to request a change of ownership.

If access to the organization owner’s email is not available for whatever reason, you can still contact the Evalato team and send over a signed form on behalf of your company/organization requesting the account ownership change.

We will need a scanned document requesting the change of ownership sent to hello@evalato.com. Please make sure to include:

  • Company letterhead with logo

  • The organization name

  • Old owner email

  • New owner email

  • Signature by the CEO or executive director

  • Company stamp, if available

As soon as we get the email, we will initiate the transfer. Please keep in mind the transfer may take up to 3 business days.
