Clone / Duplicate / Copy an application form

Settings > Forms

You can clone an application form by opening the applications form table in Settings > Forms and clicking Clone on the contextual menu at the end of a row. Note that the form will be cloned without the category the original form is assigned to but will use existing fields.

The new form is marked as “cloned” — you can open it and press the Edit button to change the name and assign it to a category.
