You can clone a program in Evalato from the program Dashboard or the Organization dashboard
You can clone any program created in Evalato. The cloning feature has one purpose – to save you some time and effort when creating a similar program to one you’ve already created.
Cloning a program
When you go to the program's Dashboard, you will see a Duplicate button to create a copy of that program.
You can also clone a program that you’ve created in Evalato from the Organization dashboard. This is done by pressing the contextual button that looks like a downwards pointing arrow, located at the end of each row.
Here’s what gets copied over from the original program:
-
Name of the program (adds a “cloned” to the name to avoid confusion), you can rename the program from Settings > General > Program basics);
-
Dates and times of the program’s registration and submission phases, again changeable from Settings > General > Program basics;
-
Language, currency, and registration type, which can be changed from Settings > Registration > Registration limit;
- Voting rounds, complete with the dates for accepting votes (which can be changed from Evaluation > Rounds);
- Lists, which are automatically copied as password-protected, regardless of their original setting, to prevent the information from becoming public.
- Awards, which are automatically copied as private, regardless of their original setting, to prevent the information from becoming public.
-
The rest of the program settings (registration form, application categories, application forms, payment settings, and automatic emails);
-
Any special offers and conversion triggers used in the original program.
