Settings > Special offers
You can create promotional offers that activate automatically when preset conditions are met.
IMPORTANT: Promo codes and Special offers cannot be applied at the same time. If a Promo code is entered any applicable Special offers will be ignored when calculating the total price reduction.
IMPORTANT: Only one Special offer can apply to a purchase. If there’s more than one applicable Special offer, the biggest price reduction is applied.
Create a Special offer
To create a Special offer, go to Settings > Special offers and click on the Add special offer button. Fill in the following information:

Name — give a name for your special offer, preferably something that tells people what the offer does, for example, "Christmas sale 50% off" or “2 for 1 submissions”.

Discount per application — set the discount amount. It can be a percentage or a flat amount off the application value.

Valid from / Valid until — set a time limit for the special offer. The special offer won’t appear on your registration form outside of the set time frame. For example, you can set a special offer that will only be available for the next 48 hours. This will generate some urgency in the people who were undecided about registering and give them a gentle push toward making that purchase.

Number of uses allowed — set the number of times the offer can be applied before disappearing from your registration form. Set it to 100 uses, for example, and put some information in the description of the Special offer that tells people only the first hundred registrations will get the discount.

Description — you can use this field to add more information about the Special offer, using it to further entice people to apply to take advantage of the discount.

Applies to — a special offer can apply to all application categories or to the ones you choose. Use this field to add and remove categories, or leave blank to make it available for all categories.

Valid for min/max applications — set limits to the number of applications per registration that the special offer applies for. For example, if you set 4 as a minimum the applicant will have to buy at least 4 or more applications for the special offer to take effect.

Valid for min/max value — you can set the minimum/maximum value of a purchase per registration that the special offer is applicable for. For example, if you set a minimum value of 1000 EUR and the applicant is trying to register for 950 EUR worth of applications, the special offer will not apply since it is valid only if the buyer’s purchase is for at least 1000 EUR.
Special offer status
After you set up a Special offer, it will appear in Settings > Special offers and will be color-coded in orange if it hasn’t started, green if it’s currently active, or red if it has ended, provided that you have set dates in Valid from / Valid until fields.
IMPORTANT: If you have enabled your applicants to add applications directly from the applicant portal (from Settings > General > Application process > Applicant portal), the special offer will not be included in the price when entries are added through the applicant portal.
Delete a Special offer
You can delete a Special offer from Settings > Special offers by clicking on the X sign next to the offer you wish to delete. The system will ask you to confirm your decision.
