Going live with your program in Evalato
All Evalato programs start in Test mode. This allows you to set up your program and see how everything works before going Live with it. It’s recommended that you configure everything to your requirements first, in Test mode and only go Live when ready.
You can switch your program to Live and start accepting registrations by pressing the Go live button on your Dashboard.
Selecting your plan and paying for your program
After you press the Go Live button on your Dashboard, the system will ask you to choose an Evalato pricing plan. Select the one you want and press Go Live. If you want to choose the Starter plan, you will also need to select one of the available options from the dropdown menu.
IMPORTANT: If some of the lower-tier plans are inactive for selection, this means that you have enabled features from a higher-tier plan. The system will list the exact features and which plan they are from, so you can either select that plan or close the window and go back to Test mode to disable the features.
After you press Go Live, the system will ask you for your billing information.
After that, the system will ask for your credit card information. We only accept credit/debit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
