Integrate Evalato with HubSpot

Use the Hubspot integration to add chat functionality to your program’s pages. Applicants can use it to reach out to you directly and you’ll get the messages in your Hubspot conversations.

To connect Evalato with HubSpot, go to Data > Integrations > HubSpot. Your account information will be available on the top right of your screen on HubSpot — it includes the email address associated with the account and the actual HubSpot ID.

Moving the chat widget

The chat widget sits on your program's pages, where applicants can open it anytime. If it's covering something, you can move it:

  1. Hover over the six-dot handle to the left of the chat button. Your cursor turns into a hand.
  2. Click and hold, then drag the widget to a new spot.
  3. Release to drop it in place.
