You can view and manage applications from Applications on the Program menu.
The Applications section on the Program menu is where you can find all program applications, as well as see their status and the time an application has been edited last.
Filtering applications
You can filter applications based on several criteria:
-
status – choose between draft, submitted, approved, changes requested, rejected, or resubmission requested, or canceled; note that you can choose more than one status;
-
category – choose one or more categories;
-
round – choose one or more rounds;
-
tag – choose one or more tags.
If you don’t see any applications, this means that none of the applications match the filters you have set. You can delete any of the filters by clicking on the X sign next to it.
Sorting applications
You can sort the applications in the applications list by several criteria, including when they were last edited, registrant, name, category, status, rounds, and tags. You can also sort applications by result, however, to see results in that column, you will need to select an evaluation round from the rounds filter above.
You can use additional filters to narrow down results, for example, the results filter in combination with the category filter to view the evaluation results from a specific round for all applications in a specific category.
Managing multiple applications at once
You can select multiple applications by marking the checkboxes on the left of each application. If you want to select all applications, tick the checkbox next to the ID column.
The bulk actions you can perform include:
-
changing their status between approved, rejected, resubmission requested, changes requested submitted, draft, or canceled via the Set status button;
-
editing the different voting rounds they're assigned to via the Set rounds button;
adding tags to them via the Set tags button which also gives you the option to create a new tag or manage tags.
Canceling an application
You can cancel an application by marking the respective checkbox and selecting Cancel from the Set status button. The system will ask you to confirm your decision.
IMPORTANT: Canceling an application will deactivate it from the program, as opposed to rejecting an application which marks it as unsuccessful based on its content, failure to meet criteria, etc. Unlike deleting an application, which removes it from the program altogether, canceling an application leaves it as an existing record for reference if needed.
