"No active judging rounds" message

If you’re getting an error in the judging portal that says there are no active judging rounds, the issue is one of the following settings

If you’re getting an error in the judging portal that says there are no active judging rounds, please check the following settings:

  • Is there at least one judging round created in Judging > Rounds?

  • Additionally, check if the date and time of the set period for the judging round is active.

  • Are the applications approved and shortlisted in the Entries section for the right judging round?

  • Is the judge assigned to the right category AND evaluation round from Judging > Judges?
