"No active evaluation rounds" message

If you’re getting an error in the judging portal that says there are no active evaluation rounds, the issue is one of the following settings

If you’re getting an error in the judging portal that says there are no active evaluation rounds, please check the following settings:

  • Is there at least one evaluation round created in Evaluation > Rounds?

  • Additionally, check if the date and time of the set period for the evaluation round is active.

  • Are the applications approved and shortlisted in the Applications section for the right evaluation round?

  • Is the judge assigned to the right category AND evaluation round from Evaluation > Judges?
