No entries showing for judging

If a program judge is not seeing any entries for judging, please check the following settings.

A program judge can only see and evaluate entries that you've approved and shortlisted, as long as that judge is assigned to the category and evaluation round the entries are listed in, and within the evaluation period for that round.

If a program judge is not seeing any entries for evaluation, please check the following settings:

  • in Judging > Judges make sure the judge is assigned to the right entry category/ies and the right evaluation round/s.

  • in Judging > Rounds see if the period set in Start and End date for the corresponding evaluation round includes the current date and time.

  • in Entries check if the entries are approved and shortlisted for the corresponding judging round/s. If they're not, you can use the Set status and Set rounds buttons to do so.
