Information about Evalato's pricing plans

Each of Evalato’s pricing plans is simplified and optimized to help you get the most bang for your buck.

When your program is fully set up and ready to launch you can go on the Dashboard and press the Go live button, at which point the system asks you to choose your preferred pricing plan.

  • Starter 50 — 900 EUR per program | allows up to 50 applications | starter features included

  • Starter 100 — 1,500 EUR per program | allows up to 100 applications | starter features included

  • Starter 200 — 2,500 EUR per program | allows up to 200 applications | starter features included

  • Business — 4,300 EUR per program | unlimited applications | starter + business features included

  • Premium — 4,900 EUR per program | unlimited applications | starter + business + premium features included

There are no setup, training, or hidden fees, but all pricing plans are subject to our Fair Use policy, which ensures that use of the service by a client cannot negatively and unfairly impact anyone else.

VAT

The fees do not include VAT. VAT charges apply for companies registered within the European Union (EU) without a valid VAT number, as well as when billing an individual person. VAT taxes do not apply for companies with a valid VAT number registered within the EU, and for companies outside of the EU.

Additional information

Each plan has a one-time fee to activate the program, paid at the time of going Live.

  • You receive an invoice in your email within a few work days after your payment is made.

  • Each program can be active for up to 365 days after going live.

  • You can choose to extend the program at the end of the period by renewing your subscription or cloning it into a new program (for the next edition).

  • The "Starter" plans, which have an indicated limited number of applications, can be upgraded at any time if you wish to do so. Every registered application counts towards the limit. Unapproved applications that you cancel or delete do not count towards the plan’s limit.

Billing

You are billed once upon going Live with the program, depending on the plan you’ve chosen. We only accept credit/debit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed in EUR by Braintree Payments (a PayPal company) and we do not keep any traces of your credit card information on our servers. You can upgrade your pricing plan at any time, if you wish to do so.

If you're on a custom plan, you will be asked to pay the one-time fee in advance. You can pay via bank transfer in your preferred currency (EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, or AUD). Your plan is valid for one year (365 days) from the moment a program is activated for the organization. After this period, if you wish to continue accepting new registrations for the program, the plan would have to be renewed.

Custom plans

Custom plans have to be paid in advance via bank transfer, with an invoice issued in advance for the purpose. Payment can be made in one of the supported currencies – EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, or AUD.

  • Once the payment is confirmed, the plan is activated for the specified organization and the program can be launched using the Go live button on the Dashboard.

  • Annual plans are indicated on the Dashboard as "Business plus", “Premium plus”, etc. Each plan is valid for 365 days from the plan’s activation date.

Upgrading your pricing plan

You can upgrade your pricing plan at any time, if, for example, you exceed your applications limit. Note that you will only pay the difference for the remaining term of your annual plan and you will not lose your data as the new plan activates.
