Difference between registrations and applications explained

Before a person can submit their application or participant profile, they have to register for your program first.

Once someone makes a registration, you will see it in the Registrations section on the program menu. The data you collect there is based on the registration form, which you can create and customize in Settings > Registration > Registration form.

Registered people can work and eventually submit their applications via their own personal profile. All applications, regardless of their status can be seen in the Applications section on the program menu. The data you collect from applications is based on the application forms, which you can create and customize in Settings > Forms.

Data can be exported from Data > Export by choosing the preferred export option.
