Send custom emails to applicants

You can create a Custom email in the Emails section to be sent to applicants

You can use the Custom email type in the Emails section if you wish to send emails to specific people based on the category, status, and/or tag. Such emails can act as reminders, notifications, to provide important information, etc.

Simply press Add email and choose Custom in the Email type setting. Then set a time and date to send out the custom email, according to the organization’s time zone setting.

Then you select from Draft, Submitted, Approved, Rejected оr Resubmission required statuses to send the email to. You have to also select specific categories to receive this email. You can also select a specific tag to additionally filter the email recipients. 

Add a Template name, subject, and Body. You can format the text by using the toolbox in the upper part of the Body field. You can also customize your email by using the Merge fields.
