The Main menu is located in the upper right corner of your browser window and provides access to all organization and user settings. Click on the menu to expand it revealing additional information and actions.
My profile
Use My profile to change the email address and password you use to log in to Evalato. You can also add a picture to your profile and change your user name.
Notifications
In Notifications you can tell Evalato if you wish to receive email notifications about new program registrations for each of your organizations. Choose Never if you do not want to receive notifications about new registrations, or As it happens to be notified about every new registration.
Billing
As an owner of an organization in Evalato you have access to the Billing settings. Please, make sure you add a valid billing account by clicking on the Add button and entering the required info.
Payments are processed by Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider Braintree (a PayPal company) and we do not keep your credit card information on our servers.
Your programs
If you have one or more upcoming programs in Evalato, they are listed on the Main menu under the organization they belong to. Clicking on a program activates it and shows the Program menu with all settings, registrations, analytics, etc. The status is also indicated with a color – green for Live mode and red for Test mode.
You can add a new program, organization, or co-worker via the + button on the Main menu in the upper-right corner of your Evalato workspace.
