When applications cannot be created, edited, or submitted, please check the following settings in the Evalato admin.
When the system doesn’t allow for the creation, editing, or submitting of an application, it’s likely because one or more setup steps are not fully completed yet.
Please check the following settings:

Is the applications period active in Settings > General > Program basics?

Is there an application form created in Settings > Forms and is it assigned to the corresponding application category/ies? The categories can be created and edited from Settings > Categories.

If the program requires an entry fee for applications, make sure it is either paid from the Registrations, or change the payment requirement setting from Settings > Payments > Require payment.

IMPORTANT: If your program is still in Test mode, the system will simulate the payment during the checkout process (not an actual payment), so you can skip the previous step altogether.
