[Troubleshooting](https://hub.evalato.com/help/troubleshooting?hsLang=en) # Unable to create, edit, send entries ## When entries cannot be created, edited, or submitted, please check the following settings in the Evalato admin. When the system doesn’t allow for the creation, editing, or submitting of an entry, it’s likely because one or more setup steps are not fully completed yet. Please check the following settings: - Is the entries period active in **Settings** \> **General \> Program basics**? - Is there an entry form created in **Settings** \> **Forms** and is it assigned to the corresponding entry category/ies?
