What happens when you extend a program in Evalato

Dashboard > Extend

Each Evalato plan is valid for one year (365 days) from the moment a program is activated for the organization. You can, however, choose to extend the program prior to the expiration date by clicking on the Extend button on your program dashboard

After you select your plan and extend your program, you will get another 365 days, counted from the date when your program was originally set to close. For example, if your program was set to close on October 1st, 2023, but you opted to extend it on August 24th, 2023, the new expiration date would be October 1st, 2024.

Extending a “Starter” plan

Note that if you extend any of the “Starter” plans that come with a limit on your entries, extending your program will also add the extra entries to your current limit. So, for example, if you are on Starter 100 and have used up 50 from your 100 applications limit prior to the extension if you opt to extend the same plan, you will get another 100 applications and will have a 150 applications limit.

IMPORTANT: Note that if you choose to delete entries made before the extension, they will not be deducted from your applications limit. That said, if you delete entries made after the extension, they will be deducted from your applications limit, provided they have not been approved at any point prior to the cancellation/deletion.
