      Would I lose data if I upgrade to a higher plan?

      You will not lose data if you choose to upgrade to a higher plan

      No, you will not lose data if you choose to upgrade to a higher plan as the new plan activates. Note that you will pay the difference only for the remaining term of your annual plan.
